Five Stars PLUS. Customer service was awesome, inquiries answered quickly. Order was processed quick and shipping was through USPS and to New Mexico less than four days. The cookies were packaged together, not individually wrapped. The cookies were packaged well not one broken. Once the box was opened, filler removed the smell of the cookies were awesome. The spice for me is perfect. When I took a bite I got all the spice flavors, then a cocoa flavor. It was wonderful, texture is brownie like, the cookie is soft and a perfect size

I just had a chocolate spice cookie!!! They were perfect….haven’t tried the pignoli yet but they sure look delicious!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!!
